Topic | What If? Idea Generation

Idea generation through divergent and lateral thinking is essential to pursuing solutions to any need, problem or opportunity in a breakthrough way.  Learn and practice multiple collaborative idea generation techniques: critical skills for any entrepreneur.  Whether it's finding a new or original idea or searching for new approaches to solve the inevitable product or market challenge, idea generation can take many forms.

This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of tools for creating new ideas as well as the mindsets and conditions that make idea generation more successful. Selected tools and methods are from our experiences with facilitating innovation projects within industry and non-profit service organizations.
