Bring your startup work, questions, or homework and shack up in a coffee shop downtown Grand Rapids. From 10:30AM-12:30PM we'll have Leadership team members at Rower's Club on Fulton in Grand Rapids, where we'll be working on our own startup work and will be open to any questions you might have.
Idea Pitch is open to all Grand Valley students, and is intended to provide students with the opportunity to learn how to concisely convey an idea, improve their public speaking skills, and how to effectively utilize resources. These are all the necessary skills to possess in almost all work-related environments. This is the IPC's 12th year in existence. Pitches are elevator style, meaning they are short and informal.
Join us in watching students from many colleges throughout Grand Valley pitch their idea to a panel of West Michigan judges.
First Place - $1,000 + All expenses paid trip to Tampa, Florida
Second Place - $750

The event will be in the Loosemore Forum B in the Seidman College of Business. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
