Ruby Chaise | Professional Coach

Professional Coaching provides more than just the opportunity for you to discover the best path forward.  It helps you grow and build your capacity to clarify what you want and what the steps are to  achieve it, despite the obstacles and fears you may face.  The confidence and competence you develop will be assets to you throughout your journey in getting your idea off the ground., if thoughts like these have ever floated through your mind, let’s talk!

• I have such a great idea...what’s stopping me from moving forward?
• Is this the right next step for me?  Do I have what it takes to make it?
• I’m stuck!  I’m spinning my wheels...how do I gain momentum?
• Am I using all of my resources to their full potential?

Just in case you’re curious about my background... I have a Business degree and over 16 years of experience at a senior management level in a large corporation, leading, training and mentoring management teams and individuals.  In addition to my corporate experience, I’ve spent the last 4 years in the world of small business, starting up 2 companies.  I am a Professional Coach, having completed an International Coach Federation accredited training program.

Chris Hashley | Web Development | Blue Sphere Solutions

I have a passion for finding where technology and process can be correctly utilized to solve business problems and provide value.  My company consults on software development.  Many of the Start Garden ideas involve the potential need for websites, mobile apps, or ecommerce -- and we have done all of them.  So, my goal for working Advisor Hours is to learn about your idea and for you to hopefully learn from my past experiences -- both the good and the bad.  If you walk away with one actionable piece of information, it makes my day.
